Providing a space for relaxation and restoration since 2009.
Massage is my passion.
It is all natural, no side-effects, versatile, and insanely effective. Throughout my career, I've learned to incorporate many techniques so all of my sessions are customized to each person's specific goals. With mindful bodywork and education, I believe people can become more aware to not only heal themselves, but to prevent injuries. Our bodies are meant to move, and sometimes we get a little stuck. This work reminds and resets the body to function better.
My treatment room is more than just relaxation. It is a sacred and safe space for my clients to be themselves, with no judgement or expectations. Talk or don't. Relaxation or structural work. Laugh, Cry, Sing, or Snore.
Abby Ismath LMT
Abby is from Phoenix, Arizona. Her interest in massage therapy began in high school after working in a massage clinic. She was fascinated by the body's intrinsic need for touch and how easily it can heal itself, if we just get out of the way. In 2008, she graduated from Southwest Institue of Healing Arts with over 1000 hours of training in massage and bodywork therapies. She specializes in swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release with an emphasis on making structural changes. She is a nationally certified with NCBTMB and is a member of the Oregon Massage Therapists Association. During her spare time, she kickboxes and enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter.
